The two following regex-based filters are rather inefficient:
/.*prixa.*\.net\/media\/(Parvo|Ratop|Riddh)\/[A-Za-z0-9-_]+.(gif|jpg)/
/.*prixa.*\.net\/media\/[0-9A-Za-z-_]*.(gif|jpg)/
Optimize by removing leading .*:
/prixa.*\.net\/media\/(Parvo|Ratop|Riddh)\/[A-Za-z0-9-_]+.(gif|jpg)/
/prixa.*\.net\/media\/[0-9A-Za-z-_]*.(gif|jpg)/
The second form is semantically equivalent but much more efficient. Additionally such regex-based filters would benefit from narrowing using more options if possible, such as third-party, and maybe image (I didn't see other resources being blocked by those filters on OP's page).
Thanks. Replaced and made them domain-specific.
