Adapt_framework: Use aria-pressed instead of aria-expanded

Subject of the issue

Media transcript and accordion should use aria-pressed as it's more indicative of the behaviour represented "toggle button". https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices-1.1/examples/button/button.html
