Any user can uninstall the app and install the app again whenever it's required as per the need. This leads to mis information. Even the user gets in touch of any infected person, it won't be traced while the app is uninstalled and the user can install the app again to pass through any mandatory check for app and no one will know that the user came in contact with any infected person.

Highly undesirable feature, it will lead to targeting people who have reinstalled the app for a genuine reason, for example, if it isn't working or a phone reset.

Let the users decide when and for how long they want to have an app installed on their own phone, please.

Highly desirable feature, as anyone can uninstall the app when not needed thereby not serving the actual purpose of the app. Along with tracking of uninstalling and reinstalling, the active time of app can also be tracked which will justify if the app was uninstalled of some reason but the user was active otherwise. The app is useful only when it is in active state and not for just to be present as some mere pass to get through checks where app is mandatory.

User can of course decide when and for how long they want to have an app installed on their own phone. And let the authority decide whom to let go and whom to hold where the app is mandatory to be installed.
